- AI input and output data you choose to submit when using AI features (for example note polishing and transcription).
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide app features, including report and quotation creation.
- Enable backup and restore features you choose to use.
- Verify subscription access and entitlements.
- Provide AI-powered features only when requested by you.
- Protect service integrity, including fair-use and anti-abuse controls.
3. Storage and Backups
Your app data is primarily stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud backup or export backup files, your data may also be stored in your iCloud account or files you choose to export.
4. AI Features and Third Parties
When you use AI features, selected text/audio content may be sent to third-party AI service providers to generate outputs. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless you are authorized to do so.
We recommend that you avoid adding special category data (for example health, biometric, or highly confidential personal information) to AI requests.
5. In-App Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
6. Data Retention
You control most data retention by editing or deleting records in the App and by deleting backups you created. Subscription transaction records are retained by Apple according to Apple's policies.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Your Choices
You may:
- Edit or remove data inside the App.
- Disable AI features by not invoking AI actions.
- Disable backup options or remove exported backups.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple settings.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
