DetectMapper stores finds, photos, notes, and related data on your device.

DetectMapper does not require account creation.

DetectMapper does not use advertising SDKs.

DetectMapper does not sell your personal data.

Permissions

DetectMapper may request access to:

• Camera, to take photos of finds
• Photos, if you choose images from your library
• Location, to record where finds were made

This data is used only for app functionality.

If weather information is shown for a saved find, the app may send location coordinates to a weather service only to retrieve the weather for that request.
